Thanks to Christian Nickel who is my “nephew in music”; he has been calling me Uncle OFLODOR for the last 17 or 18 years. We have had thousands of discussions about my transcriptions and I consider him a real nephew. Christian is also a medical colleague and a fellow saxophonist who has maintained his passion for music while being a busy doctor and scientist. We have never met in person but we know each other’s families through various virtual encounters. I also thank the great guitarist Pietro Condorelli for helping me to decipher harmonies and chords during the last 2-3 years and for appreciating what I do. Further, I thank my friend Frank Taschini (Montecarlo)for the first live concerts of Bob Berg and Tom Ferrara (USA) for giving me some more, as well as Diego Torroni who has immortalized Bob Berg in Perugia 1982 and 1983.
